Job Title: Senior Account Executive

At Konica Minolta Business Solutions Ltd, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
  • Conduct customer-centric needs assessments to understand specific technology requirements and challenges.
  • Present and demonstrate our company's technology products and services, highlighting benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address clients' specific needs and objectives.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring a smooth sales cycle.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives by effectively communicating our value proposition to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience successfully selling technology products and solutions in a Business-to-Business or Business-to-Consumer environment.
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
