About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Ltd. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, and delivering exceptional results to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research
  • Conduct customer-centric needs assessments to understand specific technology requirements and challenges
  • Present and demonstrate our company's technology products and services, highlighting innovation and competitive advantages
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address clients' specific needs and objectives
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth sales cycle and continuous communication
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience successfully selling technology products and solutions in a Business to Business or Business to Consumer environment
  • Sales experience with commercial and/or production print equipment and technology preferred
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
