Job Overview

Tacori is a leading manufacturer of fine jewelry, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team as a Regional Business Development Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for building and fostering strong customer relationships in your assigned regions, partnering closely with retail stores and their sales leadership teams to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue for the organization.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position requiring extensive travel throughout the assigned territory, with overnight stays included (60% of time).
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in fine jewelry sales, proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva, and previous experience with ERP/Sales programs is a plus.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop seasonal sales plans that support brand initiatives and maximize growth opportunities.
  • Responsibilities include assisting with all aspects of the sales process, analyzing product sell-through, inventory levels, and account metrics, and creating re-story recommendations based on store-level analysis.
