Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team at ACI Solutions. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, opportunity tracking, and administrative functions while ensuring compliance with government contracting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enter accurate opportunity pipeline data and generate reports in Salesforce CRM.
  • Focusing on clerical tasks and customer service, this position is responsible for effectively collaborating with and liaising between account managers and existing and potential customers.
  • Monitor, identify, and track new business opportunities through government procurement platforms, including SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, and other federal procurement portals.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal/external meetings, including customer presentations and proposal reviews.
  • Track and manage sales team tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Support proposal development process and maintain proposal templates/documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely response to RFPs/RFQs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or administrative roles, preferably in government contracting.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including report generation and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, and federal procurement processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Remote work availability for eligible projects in the DMA area.
