Regional Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Western region sales efforts. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth, managing distributor relationships, and developing new products to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and expand existing OEM accounts and Lighting Fixture Manufacturers in the Western United States.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the region.
- Work closely with the Product Manager or Engineers to develop new or modified products.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers and WPGA Sales team.
The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 per year based on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package, a Simple IRA Retirement plan with company match, and monthly commission structure.
