Job OpportunityJob Summary:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an educational organization to fill a temporary HR Assistant position. This role is fully in-office with regular business hours. The ideal candidate will have a degree in human resources and/or at least one year of HR internship experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize sensitive HR documents
  • Aid in internal recruitment
  • Conduct background checks and references for new hires
  • Assist in planning employee events
  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
  • Conduct new hire orientations
  • Help process FMLA
  • Support the HR team with additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
  • Proficient in Google Sheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
