Ideal Candidates:
- Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and preferably have prior experience in retail or sales
- Exhibit strong critical thinking skills, along with proficiency in math and computer usage, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
- Have a passion for holistic wellness and a basic understanding of massage and skincare services

Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and appreciated
- Advocate for the benefits of Total Body Care by informing clients about new and enhanced services, promoting the Massage Envy Wellness Program, scheduling future appointments, and encouraging retail purchases based on recommendations from service providers
- Facilitate clinic operations by welcoming clients, managing appointment schedules, handling phone inquiries, responding to emails, and addressing client questions
- Contribute to the growth and retention of our client base through in-person interactions and outreach via phone/email
