Print Services and Client Engagement Leader

Overview

At Office Depot, every manager plays a crucial role in enhancing overall sales and service quality within the establishment. The Print Services and Client Engagement Leader is a full-time position responsible for managing the Print and Client Services sector while collaborating with the leadership team to foster customer satisfaction, community involvement, and in-store events aimed at small and medium enterprises. This role requires the ability to quickly establish lasting client-focused relationships and become a trusted authority by leveraging Office Depot's advanced sales techniques and product expertise in Print and Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations within the Print Services area, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service.
  • Act as a Key Carrier, taking the lead in client engagement and prioritizing customer satisfaction metrics, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for the brand and the various print solutions offered to clients.
  • Utilize proven sales strategies to mentor and develop Sales Advisors and Service Advisors in the Print Services domain.
  • Ensure efficient operations by training associates on all equipment within the Print Services area, maintaining timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Effectively communicate with team members to coordinate services for customers throughout the store.
  • Maintain a secure environment by fulfilling responsibilities as an External Key Carrier, including managing store safety and security protocols.
  • Regularly review cash handling procedures and maintain compliance with company policies and loss prevention strategies.
  • Consistently uphold the appearance of the store and print department, adhering to company standards for signage and merchandise presentation.
  • Drive positive customer experiences by providing effective training to associates and collaborating on community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent education preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability to changing environments, and the ability to coach and train others professionally. Familiarity with Print Center Operations is preferred, along with advanced selling skills and proficiency in technology relevant to the role.
