This position is not your ordinary call center job. At Supportworks, we pride ourselves on being a franchise organization that operates across various regions. When potential clients seek to enhance their garage spaces, they reach out to us through our dedicated contact number or our website to set appointments. Our primary objective at the National Appointment Center (NAC) is to connect with these customers and successfully schedule their appointments.
Your Impact:
The key responsibility of this role is to ensure that our sales representatives have the opportunity to meet with customers in their homes, showcasing our innovative products and guiding them in selecting Supportworks for their projects.
If we receive a lead and fail to convert it into an appointment, it represents a missed opportunity. Therefore, our Customer Engagement Specialists play a crucial role in driving the success of our business. Appointment Scheduling:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by efficiently scheduling sales appointments through various channels. We will provide you with the necessary training to ensure you feel confident in your role, and ongoing development opportunities will be available to enhance your skills.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, text, or online chat, not only to schedule appointments but also to address their inquiries and concerns, ensuring they feel reassured about their choice for garage renovations.
- We are committed to creating delighted customers. To achieve this, we follow up on every project completed by our franchisees. You will initiate NPS survey calls post-installation, allowing you to provide valuable feedback to our franchisees, recognizing their efforts and facilitating growth through constructive insights.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred two years of experience in a call center environment
- Preferred two years of experience in customer service
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated capacity to deliver outstanding customer service with a positive demeanor in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work independently and solve problems as they arise
