Role Overview: The Client Support Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our patients. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the front-end processes to facilitate seamless interactions. The representative operates in a dynamic environment, managing both incoming and outgoing communications effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and maintain a thorough knowledge of the products and services provided by AdaptHealth Corp.
  • Engage in ongoing communication with the Customer Service team and Management to report trends observed with insurance providers.
  • Meet quality assurance standards and key performance indicators consistently.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and possess excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Assist with on-call duties as necessary during off-hours in line with company policies.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and infection control measures.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand data flow through systems.
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial health plan processes is preferred.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a proactive and accountable approach.

Education and Experience:

A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in healthcare administration, financial services, insurance customer support, claims processing, or call center operations is required. For senior-level positions, two (2) years of relevant experience along with one (1) year in a similar role is necessary.
