Position: Customer Experience Representative

Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Overview:

88 Tactical is seeking a friendly and approachable individual to elevate our customer service standards. This role involves collaborating with the Marketing Department to gain comprehensive knowledge about 88 Tactical's offerings, serving as a vital resource for customers and members regarding our products, services, and events.

The Customer Experience Representative will undergo training in various responsibilities, including managing customer check-ins for classes, processing transactions, assisting with new member registrations, making reservations, and providing facility tours. The primary objective is to ensure that every customer and member enjoys an exceptional experience at 88 Tactical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Facilitate customer check-ins for classes and guide them to the appropriate locations.
  • Process customer purchases during peak retail hours.
  • Assist members with class registrations and reservations for range time or dining.
  • Address customer/member inquiries and complaints; resolve or escalate as necessary.
  • Conduct facility tours and aid new members with the onboarding process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Apple devices (iPads, laptops, etc.).
  • Capability to learn and effectively utilize POS and booking systems.
  • Aptitude for working with diverse personalities and resolving conflicts.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of one year of experience in customer service is essential.

Compensation: Based on experience
