Job Summary

Xponential Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new membership sales and retaining current members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Assist the General Manager in generating new leads, following up with prospects, and closing sales.
  • Intro Class Booking: Book and confirm intro classes for new members.
  • Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk, greeting and checking in clients and prospects, and maintaining a clean and tidy studio environment.
  • Tour and Consultation: Conduct tours of the facility, establishing relationships with clients, and targeting individual needs and wants.
  • Sales Performance: Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production and meet monthly sales quotas.
  • Service and Support: Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider, present available services to current or prospective members, and book quality appointments.
  • Special Events: Participate in special events, such as health fairs, grand openings, and community events, to promote the studio.
Requirements
  • Excellent Sales and Communication Skills: Required for success in this role.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
  • Language Skills: Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
