Job Overview:
This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely execution of various on-site assignments while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your Contributions:
- Proactively communicates with supervisors regarding potential issues or customer feedback.
- Efficiently manages and responds to requests from management and clients through various communication channels.
- Maintains a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Aids in the development of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all operational processes are documented.
Responsibilities may encompass Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail Services, Reception, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Management, and Records Management based on the designated location.
- Participates in cross-training sessions to ensure readiness to cover roles when needed.- Adapts to changes in site responsibilities and coverage based on client and departmental requirements.
- Ensures accurate reproduction of all print requests, including reviewing files for print readiness, executing printing tasks, and conducting quality control checks.
- Manages the logging, delivery, and tracking of all activities for reporting purposes.
- Addresses customer inquiries and requests promptly.
- Conducts routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
- Records and monitors customer requests and fulfillment status.
- Performs daily operational tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Skills and Experience Required: Please note that this is a customer-facing position and adherence to customer policies, including health and safety protocols, is essential.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required, along with less than one year of relevant experience.- Basic computer proficiency and technical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
Must take all necessary steps to obtain required security clearances to access client premises.
May involve travel between client locations, necessitating a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.- Capability to stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull for extended periods while performing job duties.
