We are currently seeking a Campus Recruitment Coordinator to enhance our Talent Acquisition efforts, specifically focusing on our campus recruitment strategy and operations. In this role, you will work closely with the Campus Recruitment team and various associates to ensure a top-tier experience for our campus candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with client service professionals to share best practices and effective campus recruitment strategies tailored to their regions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, student organizations, university officials, faculty, and Career Services personnel at targeted institutions to meet recruitment objectives.
  • Oversee pre-identification and internship initiatives.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract talented and diverse student candidates.
  • Manage logistics for on-campus events, including interviews, receptions, career fairs, and presentations with key student organizations.
  • Assist with the office visit logistics process.
  • Facilitate the candidate offer decision-making process.
  • Support the onboarding process for interns and entry-level candidates, ensuring a high level of care from acceptance to employment commencement.
  • Collaborate with the Campus team to promote the Cherry Bekaert brand on social media platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the applicant tracking system and monitor campus job postings.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3 years of related experience and/or training).
  • Prior experience in recruitment administration is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms and skills.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 10%), including overnight trips during peak recruitment seasons.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
  • Demonstrated accountability, ownership, and pride in work; self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
