Job Summary
The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, this individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of Psychiatrist and Psychologist positions within our healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top clinical talent to the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Collaborate with facility recruitment staff to provide training on best practices and evaluate recruitment metrics to ensure compliance with established standards
- Work closely with the Workforce Development team to develop a pipeline of licensed providers and implement innovative strategies to meet recruitment goals
- Serve as the subject matter expert for benefits administration and training to benefit administrators within our facilities and central office
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, HR staff, and department heads across the organization
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of the recruitment cycle and current recruitment tools available
- Proven history of performing full-cycle recruitment with a focus on clinical recruitment experience
- Knowledge of Commonwealth of Virginia's benefit administration plans, including insurance, VSDP, VRS, Workers Comp, and other benefits
- Ability to problem-solve and prioritize conflicting job demands, work independently, and achieve goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of the Commonwealth of Virginia RMS system PageUp and Power BI
- SHRM or PHR Certification(s)
