We are currently seeking a Campus Recruiter to enhance our Talent Acquisition team. This position will focus on the execution of our campus recruitment strategy and operational activities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Campus Recruitment team and various associates to ensure a premier experience for prospective recruits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with client service professionals to share best practices and effectively implement campus recruitment strategies tailored to their regions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, student organizations, university officials, faculty, and Career Services personnel at targeted institutions to achieve recruitment objectives.
  • Oversee pre-identification and internship initiatives.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of talented students.
  • Manage logistics for on-campus events, including interviews, receptions, career fairs, and presentations with key student organizations.
  • Assist in coordinating the office visit process for candidates.
  • Facilitate the candidate offer decision-making process.
  • Support the onboarding process for interns and entry-level candidates, ensuring a high level of care and engagement from acceptance to employment commencement.
  • Collaborate with the Campus team to promote the Cherry Bekaert brand through social media channels.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and monitor campus job postings, utilizing reporting tools to track recruiting activities.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Preferred prior experience in recruitment administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms and tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%, including overnight trips during peak recruitment seasons.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
  • Demonstrated accountability, ownership, and pride in work; capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
