About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at NetSpring. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving pipeline growth through innovative marketing strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive MQLs and SQLs.
  • Collaborate with Sales to prospect and build lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Work closely with Product to understand the self-service customer journey and optimize digital and inbound marketing tactics.
  • Track campaign performance and make recommendations on how to improve results.
  • Identify opportunities for participation in industry events and engagement with partners to build awareness and generate leads.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business (preferably marketing, economics, or related field).
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in Growth Marketing, with a focus on target personas of digital or product analytics.
  • Direct experience with our MarTech stack, including HubSpot, Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics, SEO/SEM keyword management, and social listening tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguous and chaotic times with composure while staying organized and on task.
