About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team at Persona. As a key member of our demand generation team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through lead and MQL generation. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute successful campaigns that create high-quality MQLs, turning prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute impact-driven campaigns across digital and non-digital channels to drive pipeline creation and deliver best-in-class experiences to our prospects and customers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success, to develop a coordinated strategy and campaign execution for both inbound and outbound lead generation.
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations to optimize and improve campaigns to grow the business.
  • Drive successful campaigns that create high-quality MQLs, turning prospects into customers.
  • Launch campaigns targeted to our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) to drive demand creation and demand capture.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience within B2B SaaS, with demonstrated success in creating and executing impact campaigns for targeted audiences.
  • A can-do and growth mindset, with a strong ability to own campaign programs from conception through execution.
  • Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail, with the capability to work on multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Outstanding proactive communication skills and ability to problem solve with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, data-driven, and team-focused environment.
  • Understanding of KPIs and campaign performance metrics across marketing channels and ability to communicate performance to various cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical background and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with marketing tools and systems, with Salesforce knowledge required; familiarity with Marketo a plus.

  • Competitive base salary range of $90,000 - $145,000.
