**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement demand generation campaigns that are effective and aligned with Envoy's mission of making workplaces safer and more connected.
- Take ownership of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and other marketing channels, optimizing them to achieve the best results for our campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure your strategies and campaigns align with broader company goals.
- Use data-driven insights to continually refine and optimize campaigns, analyzing performance data to identify trends and make informed decisions that drive better results.
- Explore and test new and creative ways to generate demand, whether it's experimenting with new content formats or trying out fresh approaches to digital marketing.
- Partner with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies support lead and pipeline generation, aligning tactics to sales goals and sharing feedback to adjust your approach.
- Oversee the entire lead lifecycle from creation through sales handoff, ensuring that leads are nurtured effectively and that our pipeline remains healthy and robust.
- Regularly report on campaign performance to senior management, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to improve future initiatives.
**Ideal Candidate**
- 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make decisions and optimize performance.
- Effective writing skills and ability to craft clear, compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team environment, valuing the input of others in achieving shared goals.

Envoy's compensation package includes market-competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, and great benefits. If you are located in the San Francisco Bay Area, our expected cash compensation for this role is $133,000- $152K (Annually). Final offers may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
