Role Overview:

The Customer Support Specialist will play a vital role in managing and supporting the administrative functions of Customer Service across our branches in Canada. This position focuses on data entry and coordination to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address incoming inquiries from branch service management, collaborating with various resources to resolve customer service, billing, and maintenance issues promptly.
  • Facilitate the setup of new customers and maintain accurate pricing, billing, and adjustments.
  • Update and manage digital customer contracts and necessary adjustments.
  • Assist branches by ensuring accurate billing for timely installation of new accounts and special billing requests.
  • Generate invoices, documents, and reports as required, adhering to deadlines for successful completion.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.

Candidate Profile:

We seek individuals who possess:

  • A post-secondary education, preferably in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Administrative roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to read, comprehend, and interpret various documents, including standard operating procedures.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • A proven track record of building effective professional relationships across departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, even amidst ambiguity.
  • Excellent organizational skills, particularly in document control and administrative tasks.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to completing tasks.
  • Strong ethical standards, with a commitment to inclusion and integrity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet).
