Role Overview

The Customer Support Specialist plays a vital role in managing and supporting the administrative functions of Customer Service across various branches in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries from branch service management to facilitate timely resolutions for customer service, billing, and maintenance concerns.
  • Assist with the setup of new customers and ensure ongoing management of pricing, billing, and necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain digital records of customer contracts, ensuring updates and modifications are accurately documented.
  • Support branches by coordinating accurate billing processes for the timely installation of new accounts and special billing requests.
  • Generate invoices, documents, and reports as required, adhering to deadlines for successful completion.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We seek individuals who possess:

  • A post-secondary education, preferably in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Administrative roles within a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to read, comprehend, and interpret various documents, including standard operating procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • A proven track record of building effective professional relationships across departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, particularly in document control and administrative tasks.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to completing tasks.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to inclusivity and integrity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet).
