Role Summary

The Customer Support Specialist will oversee the coordination and administrative support for Customer Service and related functions across our branches in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address incoming inquiries from branch service management to effectively collaborate with all resources for timely resolution of customer service, billing, and maintenance concerns.
  • Facilitate new customer onboarding and manage ongoing updates for pricing, billing, and adjustments.
  • Maintain digital records of customer contracts, ensuring updates and modifications are accurately reflected.
  • Assist branches by coordinating and verifying that accurate billing is completed for the prompt installation of new accounts and special billing requests.
  • Generate invoices, documents, and reports as required, adhering to necessary timelines for successful outcomes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service or Administrative roles within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret various documents, including standard operating procedures.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Proven capability to cultivate effective professional relationships across departments.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing ambiguity.
  • Highly organized approach to document management and administrative tasks.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and readiness to contribute actively.
  • Strong ethical standards, commitment to diversity, and integrity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet).
