As a Customer Support Specialist at HSBC Group, you will be immersed in a dynamic customer service atmosphere where adaptability is key. Your role will involve engaging with customers daily, assisting them in navigating our innovative banking solutions. You will handle a high volume of inquiries, speaking with over 60 customers each day.

Shift Patterns:

Our customer support operates 24/7, requiring various shift patterns to accommodate both our customers and your lifestyle. Shift start times can range from 06:30 to 01:00, with a maximum shift length of 9 hours and a minimum of 11 hours between shifts. You may be scheduled for shifts that include weekends and late evenings.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with initial training conducted on a full-time basis for the first 5 weeks, during which you will receive full pay.

Hybrid Working Model:

As a part of our commitment to flexibility, we support a hybrid working model that includes both office and remote work. Initial training will be conducted remotely, followed by in-office support to help you acclimate to your new role.
