Position Summary
In your role as a Client Relationship Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, taking pride in representing our agency and the products we offer. You will assist agents in managing sales and administrative tasks necessary to support our existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business across various insurance lines, provide quotes, bind policies, and handle customer inquiries.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication, conflict resolution, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Support agents and service center staff as required.
- Evaluate applicant insurability and placement, utilizing your skills in processing applications.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the service center, including managing reports, documentation, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to obtain an Insurance Producer license if selected for the position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and eager to learn new software and procedures.
- A collaborative team player with a positive and professional demeanor.
