We are in search of a skilled Field Sales Representative who can devise a robust sales strategy and cultivate strong buyer relationships to meet sales objectives. Compensation:

Salary range of $65,000 - $120,000 plus benefits based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed monthly revenue targets and lead generation activities
  • Identify and address potential challenges such as competition, budget constraints, and timelines by effectively qualifying prospective clients
  • Secure new business and engage potential buyers, providing them with the necessary information to visualize our brand and close deals efficiently
  • Utilize social prospecting and various communication channels to connect with potential clients and explore deal opportunities
  • Present our solutions to prospects through engaging sales presentations, negotiate terms, and finalize sales contracts
  • Establish a compelling case for our offerings through competitive analysis and market trends
  • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Participate in industry expos and networking events
  • Attend company sales meetings
  • Conduct effective cold calling and emailing to potential clients, schedule in-person meetings, and follow up on inquiries
  • Demonstrate mastery in sales conversations and handling objections
  • Qualify potential customers by gathering information to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, and timelines
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and lead generation requirements
  • Close deals by creating, presenting, and negotiating tailored solutions for prospects
  • Leverage your prospecting and follow-up skills to uncover upselling opportunities and attract new clients

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or related marketing roles
  • High school diploma required; industry or product knowledge is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, providing outstanding customer service
  • Consistent top performer in sales
  • Proven sales success
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to make a positive first impression
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
