What is the opportunity?

The Integrated Campaign team plays a pivotal role in our demand generation initiatives that drive significant business outcomes and align with our strategic objectives. As the Senior Campaign Manager, you will take charge of crafting, developing, and implementing campaigns that foster pipeline growth and enhance market adoption of our innovative AI-first solutions. This position requires a high degree of cross-functional collaboration – working closely with sales, product marketing management, field teams, and branding to create cohesive campaigns that guide prospects through the B2B sales funnel. You should possess a strong history of being data-driven, operationally focused, and successfully leading groundbreaking campaigns.

The ideal candidate excels in mapping out a comprehensive buyer journey at every stage of the funnel and has the capability to convert messaging frameworks into impactful campaigns. You thrive in building and scaling demand generation programs within a dynamic and collaborative setting. Your expertise lies in orchestrating integrated campaigns, allowing you to think strategically while executing operational tasks seamlessly.

What will you be doing?
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Design and implement integrated campaigns that effectively engage prospects, resulting in pipeline generation aligned with targeted segments.
  • Project Management: Manage the complete campaign lifecycle, including planning, execution, and monitoring of tactical campaign activities. Ensure all campaign deliverables are met.
  • Content Collaboration: Work alongside the content team to identify and suggest assets and offers that correspond to the buyer journey at each funnel stage.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Evaluate campaign performance metrics, including funnel statistics, to extract insights and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Funnel Metrics: Track and report on funnel metrics to assess lead progression and pinpoint opportunities to refine campaign strategies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing management, content, field, and branding, to ensure campaign alignment with business goals for maximum impact.
  • Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation, and other best practices to boost effectiveness and efficiency.
What skills are required?
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation within a B2B technology environment. Relevant industry experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated campaigns across key channels that drive pipeline growth.
  • Strong writing capabilities, with the ability to convey complex concepts in straightforward terms while maintaining brand voice and conversion focus across various campaign channels.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Solid understanding of funnel metrics and their influence on campaign strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with automation and analytics platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, and Outreach.
  • A passion for collaborating with sales teams and experience in managing this relationship as a key marketing partner.
  • Outstanding communication skills; capable of clearly and concisely crafting messages for internal and external stakeholders, including presenting to management teams.

The base salary range for candidates is competitive and will depend on various factors such as education, skills, experience, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive, as well as stock options in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
