Lead Integrated Campaign Strategist

The Integrated Campaign team plays a pivotal role in our demand generation initiatives that drive significant business outcomes and align with our strategic objectives. As the Senior Campaign Manager, you will take charge of crafting, developing, and implementing campaigns that generate sales pipeline and enhance market adoption of our innovative AI-driven products. In this position, you will collaborate extensively across functions – partnering with sales, product marketing management, field teams, and brand to design cohesive campaigns that guide prospects through the B2B sales funnel. You possess a strong history of being data-oriented, operationally focused, and leading successful, innovative campaigns.
The ideal candidate excels in defining a comprehensive buyer journey at every stage of the funnel, with the capability to convert messaging frameworks into impactful campaigns. You thrive in building and scaling demand generation programs within a dynamic, collaborative environment. You are adept at orchestrating integrated campaigns and can seamlessly navigate both strategic thinking and operational execution.
What will be your responsibilities?- Campaign Planning and Execution: Design and implement integrated campaigns that engage prospects meaningfully, resulting in pipeline generation aligned with key market segments.
- Project Management: Oversee the complete campaign lifecycle, including planning, execution, and monitoring of tactical campaign activities. Ensure all campaign deliverables are met.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to identify and recommend assets and offers that align with the buyer journey at each funnel stage.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Evaluate campaign performance data, including funnel metrics, to extract insights and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Funnel Metrics: Track and report on funnel metrics to understand lead progression and identify opportunities to refine campaign strategy.
- Collaboration: Engage closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing management, content, field, and brand, to ensure campaign alignment with business goals for maximum impact.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation, and other best practices to boost effectiveness and efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation within a B2B technology environment. Industry experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated campaigns across key channels that drive pipeline growth.
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in straightforward terms while maintaining brand voice and conversion focus across various campaign channels.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Solid understanding of funnel metrics and their influence on campaign strategy.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with automation and analytics platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, and Outreach.
- A collaborative spirit, with experience in working alongside sales teams and managing this relationship as a key marketing partner.
- Outstanding communication skills; capable of crafting clear and concise messages for internal and external stakeholders, including presenting to management teams.

The base salary range for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area is $152,625 - $177,375. Actual base pay will depend on various factors such as education, skills, experience, and location. This base pay range is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive, as well as stock options in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
