Position Overview

The Marketing division at Promote Project is seeking an Integrated Campaign Manager, Global ABM to spearhead the development and implementation of worldwide account-based marketing initiatives targeting our Enterprise and Global Strategic sectors. This position will be part of the Demand Generation team and will collaborate closely with Sales, Regional Marketing, Content Marketing, Strategic Consulting, Marketing Operations, and other departments to create multi-channel ABM campaigns (1:many) that enhance awareness, engagement, and pipeline among key accounts. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Global Strategic Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of numerous global ABM campaigns in partnership with GTM stakeholders to foster growth within Enterprise and Global Strategic sectors.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Strategic Consulting, Regional Marketing, and other teams to develop scalable assets for personalized 1:few and 1:1 ABM campaigns.
  • Assist in drafting and refining an ABM playbook for Marketing and Sales partners across various regions.
  • Design enterprise marketing strategies for priority accounts that promote account progression or heightened intent.
  • Oversee reporting, analysis, and presentations to stakeholders regarding ABM campaigns and events, ensuring performance aligns with engagement, pipeline, and account progression objectives.
  • Work alongside Regional Marketing teams across our four regions (AMER, APAC, EMEA, LATAM) to cultivate and disseminate best practices and insights that aid in developing ABM strategies and programs tailored to their market requirements.
  • Collaborate with our Digital team to enhance and optimize the digital strategy for ABM, including display ads, paid social, and content syndication.
  • Create customized web experiences and/or landing pages for priority accounts.
  • Facilitate working groups focused on ABM campaigns to advance key initiatives and ensure timely completion of campaign deliverables.
  • Strategically integrate relevant events into ABM campaign plans to maintain alignment with broader ABM strategies.
  • Support event execution, including audience development, logistics, and planning, for events related to ABM campaigns.
  • Manage project management tools, documentation, calendars, and processes for ABM campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing enterprise marketing strategies across various channels, including events, email marketing, paid media, content, webinars, and direct mail.
  • Proficient in ABM technology and advanced audience segmentation, personalization, and targeting tools, such as 6Sense, DemandBase, UberFlip, and PathFactory.
  • Motivated to contribute to the development of a scalable ABM campaign framework across regions, segments, and teams.
  • Strong collaborator with experience leading projects involving large virtual/hybrid teams across multiple departments and cultures.
  • In-depth understanding of industry best practices and benchmarks for creating impactful ABM campaigns.
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting competing deadlines.
  • Data-driven marketer focused on building programs that achieve specific goals and ensure ROI.
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Generation, with at least 3+ years dedicated to ABM for enterprise/strategic accounts within a SaaS environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adept at defining new programs and processes that scale.

For candidates based in the United States, the compensation range for this position is expected to be between $102,000 - $127,500/year, with an anticipated On Target Earnings (OTE) of $150,000/year (including bonus or commission). The exact offer may vary based on individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Promote Project offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs).
