About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to lead our global demand generation efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and support our company's explosive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute globally integrated demand generation campaign strategies and audience engagement plans in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Shape the strategic direction for overall campaign development, planning, and execution, ensuring a consistent customer experience across all channels.
  • Work with the creative team to provide campaign concepts and deliverables for full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, brand, and sales teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with target markets, personas, and use cases.
  • Measure, analyze, report, and optimize demand gen program performance in partnership with the data analytics team to drive growth across the Data Architect persona.
  • Monitor sales funnel activity, making recommendations to address coverage gaps and working closely with SDR teams on targeted campaigns and effective follow-up.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in demand generation in a high-growth SaaS startup.
  • Experience with funnel metrics and levers to move the needle on generating qualified leads and accelerating opportunity and pipeline velocity.
  • Expertise in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems (Marketo) and ability to navigate Salesforce to pull reports on specific campaigns and understand the status of leads in the funnel.
  • Strong project management skills to effectively deliver programs and create alignment across groups.
  • Prioritize and achieve in an environment that requires fresh thinking and new ideas.

Pay Range Transparency

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $121,000—$214,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
