About the Role

Metropolis is seeking a seasoned professional to lead and execute strategic sales initiatives, driving business growth, expanding market presence, and increasing revenue opportunities aggressively throughout our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Business Plans: Create and execute business development plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and industry developments to inform business development strategies and priorities.
  • Cultivate and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expand market presence.
  • Lead Sales Strategies: Lead the development and execution of sales strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, and proposal development, to win new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and Finalize Agreements: Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and partnerships to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and operations, to align business development efforts with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and Track Performance Metrics: Monitor and track business development activities, pipeline development, and sales performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience 8+ years in business development, sales, or related roles, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Strong Understanding of Business Development: Strong understanding of business development principles, strategies, and best practices, with experience in B2B sales and relationship management.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive business growth.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data, trends, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Customer-Focused: Customer-focused mindset with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Experience with CRM Systems: Experience with CRM systems and sales tools to manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting.
