About the Role:

The Head of Business Sales (Central) is responsible for driving sales across the entire Logitech portfolio of products, software, and services to business customers for our Central Americas region. This position requires a strong leader who can manage a team of direct engagement account managers and drive sales growth through strategic planning, coaching, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Lead a team of account managers to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience in the technology industry
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
