As a Nurse Manager, you will engage in advanced nursing functions, including the planning, development, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care around the clock. Your leadership will be essential in directing daily operations across various units.

You will play a crucial role in establishing and implementing Standards of Practice that align with regulatory guidelines and ensure a skilled workforce. Your expertise will guide clinical practices, ensuring that care is tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient based on their age, development, and specific conditions.

In addition, you will foster partnerships within the organization and with external stakeholders, enhancing community engagement and awareness. Your involvement in performance improvement initiatives will be vital, as you supervise staff and work with limited oversight, exercising independent judgment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain regular attendance and may be required to adapt to various shift patterns, including extended hours or overtime as needed.

- Act as a leader in the nursing practice, actively participating in performance improvement activities, monitoring key performance indicators, and conducting audits.

- Create an empowering environment for nursing staff, promoting effective, compassionate care while enhancing job satisfaction through quality improvement initiatives.

- Develop and implement nursing policies that reflect the program's mission and align with professional standards.

- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring optimal service delivery 24/7.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protect patient rights by addressing issues identified in care reports and surveys.

- Collaborate with leadership to maintain a robust staffing plan that meets patient care needs while promoting a safe environment.

- Participate in budget planning that reflects the needs of patient care and staff management.

- Engage with external organizations to strengthen community involvement and enhance service delivery.

- Ability to train, supervise, and guide nursing staff effectively.

- Proficiency in utilizing technology and data analysis to enhance nursing services.
