Position Overview:
The Field Service Engineer (FSE) plays a crucial role in providing technical support and service to our esteemed clients. This position involves both on-site assistance and remote troubleshooting, primarily focusing on maintaining and upgrading sophisticated medical and electromechanical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance and upgrades on our advanced IH and NAT equipment.
- Ensure compliance with established protocols and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, performing site evaluations, and overseeing installations and preventive maintenance.
- Facilitate communication with internal teams to expedite the resolution of customer issues.
- Collaborate with Global Service and Training teams to enhance product performance and participate in process improvements.
- Engage in ongoing personal development to refine skills in communication and presentation.
- Manage inventory of essential parts and tools at customer locations.
