This position is classified as HYBRID.

The successful candidate will be required to report to the office a minimum of three times per week.

We are in search of a seasoned Manager - CRM Analytics, Marketing Performance Measurement to spearhead our data-centric marketing efforts within the Marketing Insights & Technology (MIT) division.

The ideal applicant will possess a robust background in CRM, digital analytics, and marketing technology, with the capability to convert data insights into effective marketing strategies across our esteemed brands, while integrating CRM analytics into multi-channel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee CRM analytics initiatives across all marketing channels, emphasizing campaign evaluation, performance analysis, and brand strategy formulation.

Work collaboratively with the Marketing Technology (MarTech), Enterprise Data (EDAI), and Owner Communications teams to establish measurement strategies for CRM campaigns across various brands.

Design and execute data-driven CRM strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement, retention, and conversion across critical funnel activities.

Incorporate CRM analytics into other multi-channel experiences, ensuring data integrity and uniformity across all interaction points.

Promote data-informed decision-making throughout the marketing department, providing insights to senior executives.

Lead and mentor a team of CRM and analytics professionals, cultivating a high-performance environment.

Collaborate with research and creative agencies to bolster capabilities and initiatives.

Exhibit a blend of business acumen and technical expertise to translate an overarching analytical vision into actionable implementations.

Understand how to integrate multiple data sources (CRM, website, and offline actions) to create actionable reporting and insights.

Partner with MarTech teams on the execution of data availability and reporting; providing detailed requirements, brainstorming, and innovating.

Collaboration with Marketing Technology Teams

The Manager of CRM Analytics will engage closely with marketing technology teams to:

  • Integrate CRM and analytics platforms with other marketing tools and multi-channel experiences.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across all marketing systems and interaction points.
  • Collaborate on the implementation and requirements of new marketing technologies, including tagging and measurement tools.
  • Develop custom reporting solutions and dashboards that deliver a comprehensive view of customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency enhancements in multi-channel analytics.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in automotive analytics or marketing analytics roles.
  • In-depth understanding of CRM reporting and measurement frameworks.
  • Advanced-level knowledge of marketing analytics platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Proficient understanding of email service providers and associated optimization & analytical tools.
  • Strong grasp of Marketing Automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Extensive experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, SQL, etc.).
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and independently while guiding strategy and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related fields; Master's preferred.
  • Prior leadership experience is preferred.
