Position Overview:
This role is designed for a Senior Project Coordinator to support significant state initiatives within ShiftCode Analytics, Inc. The candidate will engage with various stakeholders and manage critical projects that align with state objectives.

ISA:

Work Arrangement:
This is a hybrid position based in Lansing, MI, requiring in-office presence for two days a week, with flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize the Project Portfolio Management Tool to develop project timelines, allocate resources, and oversee budgets.
2. Prepare and present project updates to various audiences, including executives and team members.
3. Monitor and communicate project progress, managing costs, schedules, scopes, resources, quality, and risks effectively.
4. Foster collaboration between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment and commitment to project goals.
5. Maintain essential project management documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including:
    - Project Charter
    - Project Schedule
    - Project Budget
    - Communication Plan
    - Status Reports
    - Risk and Issue Management Plans
    - Change Requests
    - Project Closure Summary
6. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and facilitate change management processes as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Expertise in establishing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and risk management logs.
- Experience with project portfolio management systems, particularly Clarity.
- Strong communication skills and experience managing diverse stakeholders across departments.
- Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.

Desired Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Project.
- Experience in managing IT projects involving Commercial Off-the-Shelf Technology (COTS).
- Familiarity with multi-vendor environments in a governmental context.
