In this role, you will be an essential player, driven to achieve success and eager to tackle new challenges. With hands-on training and support from our team of industry experts, you will be well-equipped to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing and prospective clients at their job sites.
- Conduct thorough worksite evaluations.
- Prospect new leads through cold calling and networking.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients within your designated territory.
- Collaborate with your team to enhance worker retention, ensure safety, and maximize client satisfaction.
- Participate in financial forecasting and establish specific targets and goals for your territory.
Qualifications for Success:
- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
- Ability to make over 100 field and outbound contacts weekly.
- Skill in accurately assessing client staffing needs.
- A genuine desire to learn and progress in a dynamic sales environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications including Gmail, Excel, and CRM software.
- Capability to build and maintain relationships within the industry to enhance customer service and generate new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in driving territory sales.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's or associate degree preferred, though not mandatory.
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required.
- Previous experience in staffing, construction, or industrial sales is advantageous.
