Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing and prospective clients at their job sites.
  • Conduct thorough worksite evaluations.
  • Prospect new leads through cold calling and networking.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients within your designated territory.
  • Collaborate with your team to enhance worker retention, ensure safety, and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Participate in financial forecasting and establish specific targets and goals for your territory.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to make over 100 field and outbound contacts weekly.
  • Skill in accurately assessing client staffing needs.
  • A genuine desire to learn and progress in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Gmail, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Capability to build and maintain relationships within the industry to enhance customer service and generate new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in driving territory sales.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's or associate degree preferred, though not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required.
  • Previous experience in staffing, construction, or industrial sales is advantageous.
