About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payout and Risk Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing conditions that may present risks to the business and consumers, implementing strategies to mitigate risks, and ensuring applicable regulatory obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Continually identify and assess conditions that may present risks to the business and consumers
- Implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure applicable regulatory obligations are met
- Monitor and report on all processed documents; Create activity and incident reports
- Conduct compliance and risk assessments for online payouts
- Document and ensure communication of key risk factors affecting online payments
- Research and verify all aspects of transactions for accuracy and legitimacy
- Prepare and complete paperwork for processing payouts
- Operate computer systems and related peripheral equipment
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in data entry, data analysis or data processing
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Proficient with computer software and operating systems, such as Microsoft Office products
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications a plus
