About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payout and Risk Operator to join our team at NeoPollard Interactive. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and secure processing of online payouts and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously identify and assess potential risks to the business and consumers, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Monitor and report on all processed documents, creating activity and incident reports as needed.
  • Conduct thorough compliance and risk assessments for online payouts, documenting and communicating key risk factors affecting online payments.
  • Research and verify all aspects of transactions for accuracy and legitimacy, preparing and completing paperwork for processing payouts.
  • Operate computer systems and related peripheral equipment, ensuring efficient and secure processing of online payouts.
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in data entry, data analysis, or data processing.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, with proficiency in computer software and operating systems, such as Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications a plus.
