Responsibilities of the Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant:
  • Guide customers in vehicle selection and facilitate the sales process
  • Develop rapport & sustain relationships with clients throughout the sales journey
  • Conduct test drives & present vehicle details/pricing, utilizing multimedia resources
  • Thoroughly complete all necessary documentation
  • Respond to sales inquiries and manage internet leads
  • Achieve daily phone, email, and dealership sales targets
  • Training will be provided
Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Consultant:
  • Experience in an Automotive Dealership is Preferred
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Capability to foster and maintain client relationships
  • Proficient computer and phone skills (Internet, CRM, VinSolutions, Autotrader)
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attire
  • Self-motivated and a strong team player
  • Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Must pass pre-employment assessments including background checks & MVR.
Location: This position is based in Charlotte, NC.
