Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, benefits, and pricing
- Suggest and sell optional equipment and accessories to customers
- Process sales transactions and complete necessary paperwork
- Arrange for vehicle delivery and registration
- Stay up-to-date on new vehicle models and features
- Participate in sales training and development programs
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
