Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Memorial Healthcare System. As a Specialty II RN, you will provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient learning needs and provide education to patients and families
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and develop effective care plans
  • Monitor and document patient condition, communicating with healthcare teams as needed
  • Delegate patient care to ancillary personnel and precept student nurses and new hires

Requirements:

  • One year of nursing experience required
  • Current RN license in the State of Florida
  • ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
