Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team at Memorial Healthcare System. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice
  • Implement and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources
  • Monitor and document patient condition as appropriate
  • Effectively delegate patient care to ancillary personnel
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and address spiritual and psychosocial needs
Requirements
  • One year of nursing experience required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, and MHN Procedural areas
  • PALS certification required for Pediatric areas
  • NRP certification required for NICU
  • Certification in Fetal Monitoring through National Credential Center or AWOHNN required for L&D RNs
