Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit team at Memorial Healthcare System. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and document patient condition, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the State of Florida.
  • One year of experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit or related setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high acuity patients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.

Shift: Nights
