Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at Memorial Healthcare System. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Monitor and document patient condition, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Florida
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • One year of experience in a NICU or pediatric intensive care setting
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. You will be expected to maintain a high level of concentration and attention to detail, even in high-stress situations.
