Intensive Care Unit Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team at Memorial Healthcare System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting, utilizing critical thinking skills and effective communication to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including disposition, referral, and spiritual and psychosocial support needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, prioritizing patient needs and maximizing available resources.
- Monitor and document patient condition, communicating effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- One (1) year of nursing experience, with a focus on critical care or intensive care unit settings.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, with PALS certification required for pediatric areas.
- Registered Nurse Compact License (RN LICENSE COMPACT) or Registered Nurse License (RN LICENSE) in the State of Florida.
