Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Memorial Healthcare System. As a Specialty II RN, you will provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, assessing and prioritizing patient needs, and implementing individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and other interventions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and families, providing education and support to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices, attending educational programs and conferences to enhance clinical expertise.
- One year of nursing experience, preferably in an ICU setting.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Florida.
- ACLS certification, with BLS certification also required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
