As a New Business Development Lead at GreenSlate, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth for the company.

The role involves managing the sales cycle, from initial contact to closure, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate has 5+ years experience in middle-market software sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 annually, plus benefits, is offered. The company also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including a matching 401(k), Employee Assistance Program/mental health support, accident insurance, wellness discounts, and perks through the Holisticly platform.

The physical demands of the job include standing, sitting, and practicing manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and distant vision. Occasional travel may be required, which may involve lifting up to 50 lbs.

The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, able to articulate the value proposition of GreenSlate's solutions to clients. Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus, but not required.
