Dutch Farms Inc. Client Services Account Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Engages in activities within designated retail environments as instructed by the Sales Supervisor.
- Manages the ordering, stocking, and rotation of product displays in alignment with company standards.
- Conducts daily assessments of shelf inventory within the assigned locations.
- Maintains accurate records of back stock inventory, ensuring timely replenishment of shelf items.
- Implements stock rotation practices to ensure that the freshest products are sold last.
- Prepares orders for upcoming deliveries based on back stock levels.
- Monitors promotional schedules and allocates display space accordingly.
- Responsible for monitoring product expiration dates and promptly reporting any issues to the appropriate management personnel.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to communicate effectively and positively with clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to learn and adapt to the unique stocking and display methods of each assigned retail location.
- Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and rotate items, with a typical weight limit of 30–40 lbs and occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working in refrigerated or frozen environments for extended periods.
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
