As a Retail Product Specialist at Arc'teryx, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering an exceptional brand experience by sharing in-depth product knowledge and assisting with problem resolution. Developing a comprehensive understanding of our products and integrating this knowledge into guest interactions authentically. Acting as a brand ambassador for Arc'teryx both in-store and within the community. Fostering your interests both inside and outside the store with the support of your team. Collaborating with store leadership on projects and brand initiatives to enhance the guest experience. Providing constructive feedback on merchandising and in-store experiences to drive sales. Maintaining a cooperative and open relationship with your team and store leadership. Assisting with various store tasks as assigned by the leadership team. Managing store communications, including phone calls and emails. Utilizing the Point-of-Sale system to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Receiving and unpacking inventory as necessary.

Expectations:

All employees are expected to be available during peak retail periods. You will be accountable for fulfilling all responsibilities outlined in the Product Guide Role and Responsibilities document. Under the guidance of Store Leads, Store Manager, and Assistant Manager, you will complete additional projects and assignments as needed.

Availability Requirements:

You must be available for a minimum of one opening, one closing, and one weekend shift each week. Your availability should align with the business needs, which may vary at the discretion of the Store Manager. Full Time – hours per week (5 days per week).
