Your Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance
  2. 8-10 years of experience in the fashion, sportswear, or casual sports lifestyle sectors, particularly in apparel and footwear
  3. Extensive knowledge of collaborative projects
  4. Collaborative mindset: adaptable, open-minded, and solution-focused
  5. In-depth understanding of streetwear and fashion consumer trends; adept at translating these insights into relevant product briefs
  6. Skilled presenter to various audiences, including key accounts and senior leadership; capable of addressing objections and delivering persuasive messages
  7. Consistently demonstrates effective communication with professionalism and discretion
  8. Manages daily tasks and seasonal timelines independently, prioritizing effectively and anticipating potential challenges
  9. Exhibits ownership and accountability; acts decisively with a results-oriented approach, demonstrating leadership within the team
  10. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  11. The compensation range for this role is $99,200 - $163,700, plus bonuses and benefits, with variations based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Your Responsibilities

As the Head of Product Line Management for Sportstyle within the Ambassador Team, you will lead and manage the ambassador product management team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the strategy, development, and execution of products across footwear, apparel, and accessories in collaboration with our Puma Ambassadors, aligning with the overall business plan. Your role is vital in fostering an innovative, brand-relevant product creation process that meets both business and partner objectives.

  1. Formulate the ambassador product strategy in collaboration with the Director of Business Development, incorporating feedback from relevant stakeholders within the brand.
  2. Ensure alignment of the ambassador team with stakeholders across various Business Units and categories to develop new product concepts that reflect the Ambassadors' visions while meeting business requirements.
  3. Guarantee that product plans meet established business KPIs.
  4. Oversee the product creation process from initial brief to production, collaborating with Design and Development to meet product calendar and go-to-market milestones.
  5. Proactively identify potential roadblocks and collaborate with Design and Development teams to implement solutions throughout the product calendar.
  6. Establish and maintain strong working relationships across functions, including design, product management, and marketing.
  7. Facilitate coordination between footwear, apparel, and accessories.
  8. Ensure timely communication flow with internal and external partners for product feedback and approvals.
  9. Represent PUMA with confidence and professionalism in all interactions.
  10. Collaborate with suppliers and factory teams to explore and develop new product opportunities.
  11. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems throughout the product lifecycle.
